ANOMALOUS ANIMALS BESTIAL STORIES

What is "Anomalous animals’ bestial stories"? A story inside other stories or many stories making a story? It is a tale made of many tales, which starts inside a den, around a fireplace, where a old wild boar has to look after his grandchildren Muf, Bir and Gur while their mother is away.

In order to entertain them, the grandfather decides to tell them some stories; true stories according to him, but sensational fibs according to the three pests.

It is a big tale which contains another tale, which has inside another tale again...a story winding along tragic and funny adventures of strange animals. creatures characterized by quite human doubts and problems, desperately looking for a solution to their difficult relation with mankind. The grandfather’s tales are peopled with unusual characters which are up against even more unusual situations. 

The author Silvio Camboni was born in Santadi (Cagliari) in 1967.With a degree in architecture taken at Milan university, since 1988 he is one of Walt Disney’s draftsmen and, in the long run, he works as scenarist and illustrator, realizing many stories for both the Italian and foreign markets. He draws pictures for Walt Disney’s children books and plans merchandise articles for the Mattel/Disney.

In 1998 he writes the book "Anomalous animals’ bestial stories", sent to press by Condaghes publishing house in the ambit of the collection "The little green train".

FARMTOONS is ready to start productionson a tv series of 26 episodes for 6 minutes each. The project was submited to "Media Desk"
